All sales are final. Because each kit is prepared and printed to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order.
Choosing the right size
Sizes run to standard adult and kids' measurements. See our size guide in the FAQ before ordering — if you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll help you pick.
Faulty or incorrect orders
We stand behind every order. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Just email worldxljersey@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- A photo of the item and the issue
We'll respond quickly and sort it out.
