These terms apply when you browse or buy from World XI Jersey. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products & pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We describe products as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly between screens. We may limit order quantities or decline an order.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat $15 worldwide. Delivery estimates (10–16 days after dispatch) are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on carriers and customs. See our Shipping policy.

Returns

All sales are final; faulty or incorrect items are made right. See our Returns policy.

Personalisation

Custom name & number printing is made to order and cannot be changed or refunded once produced. Please double-check spelling and numbers before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, World XI Jersey is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
